1. Post Specialist (Green Finance) Basic Qualification: Degree in Engineering /B.E. Environmental Engineering from Indian University/Institute recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC or Master’s degree in the environment related area such as M. Sc. / M. Tech. / Master’s in Environmental Science / Environmental Science & Engineering / Earth & Climate Science / Energy Technology / Climate Science & technology from University/Institute recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC. Other Qualification: Preference to be given to candidates who have degree or Specialization or having experience in climate adaptation/Climate Mitigation areas. Experience (as on 31.03.2023) - Minimum 36 months’ post-qualification experience in the area of handling projects in the field of Environmental and related area / understanding of various climate mitigation technologies and ESG risk management under various sector specially power/steel/cement - Working in any financial institution/Bank/Rating company may be an added advantage. Essential Skills - Candidate should have strong written and communication skills. Impeccable understanding of financial statements and ratios. - Candidate should have problem solving aptitude and good team player and ability to Network with all stake holders. - Support the team in monitoring the portfolio in terms of GHG impact and ESG risk management as well as preparing monthly/quarterly /annually performance reports Candidate should be Self-driven and have the ability to manage competing deadlines. Candidate must have clear understanding of statutory guidelines applicable to Banking domain. 2. Post: Specialist (ESG Finance) Basic Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. Engineering Degree from Institutes recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC with experience in ESG or Master’s degree in the environment related area such as M. Sc. / M. Tech. / Master’s in Environmental Science / Environmental Science & Engineering / Earth & Climate Science / Energy Technology / Climate Science & technology from University/Institute recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC Other Qualification: - Preference to be given to candidates who possess post-graduation degree with Specialization in the Environmental Science or having related certification from recognized institutes. - Preference to be given to experience in ESG related action & reporting. Experience (as on 31.03.2023) - Minimum 36 months’ post-qualification experience in the area of ESG related action and reporting/ GHG accounting principles/methodologies, technical risk assessment of various Climate mitigation technologies, Green House gas emission reporting, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)Rating, ESG Consulting, conducting Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) of projects/Risk management - Experience in working directly with development/ functional teams. Essential Skills ✓ Candidate should have strong written and communication skills. Impeccable understanding of financial statements and ratios. ✓ Candidate should have understanding of Environmental Standards and practices & Challenges. ✓ Candidate should have problem solving aptitude and good team player and ability to Network with all stake holders. ✓ Candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word, outlook and general computers. ✓ Candidate should be Self-driven and have the ability to manage competing deadlines. Candidate must have clear Understanding of Statutory guidelines applicable to Banking domain. 3. Post: Specialist (Renewable Energy) Basic Qualification: Degree in Engineering /B.E. Environmental Engineering from Indian University/Institute recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC or Master’s degree in environment related area such as M. Sc. / M. Tech. / Master’s in Environmental Science / Environmental Science & Engineering / Earth & Climate Science / Energy Technology / Climate Science & technology from institutes recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC Other Qualification: ✓ Preference to be given to candidates who have degree or Specialization in Renewable energy or having experience in Renewable energy/energy efficiency/electric mobility Experience (as on 31.03.2023) - Minimum 36 months’ post-qualification experience in the area of Renewal Energy Sector (Solar, wind, hydro, biogas, waste to energy) - Working in any financial institution/Bank/Rating company may be an added advantage. Essential Skills ✓ Candidate should have strong written and communication skills.
