Educational Qualification:
   
1- Lecturer Govt. Polyethnic
1 - BE/B.Tech/B.S. degree with First Class in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical & Robotics/ Automation Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Industrial & Production Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing)/ Production Engineering/ Automation Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering (Repair & Maintenance)/ Tool Engineering from any recognized University/Engineering Institute established by law in India or equivalent.
2 - Hindi Knowledge
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year of industrial or academic experience.
Note: Experience from Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organizations only will be accepted and will be counted only if the candidate has acquired the prescribed educational qualification.
2. Lecturer, Electrical Engineering -
B.E./B.Tech./B.S. degree with first class in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electrical & Power Engineering/ Electrical Engineering Industrial Control/ Electrical, Electronics & Power Engineering/ Power Engineering from any recognized University/Engineering Institute established by law in India or equivalent degree.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year industrial or academic experience.
Note: Experience of only Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organizations will be accepted and will be counted only if the candidate has obtained the prescribed educational qualification.
3. Lecturer Civil Engineering
BE/B.Tech/B.S. degree with first class in Civil Engineering/Civil & Environmental Engineering/Civil & Rural Engineering/Civil & Water Management Engineering/Civil Engineering & Planning/Civil & Infrastructure Engineering/Civil Engineering Environment & Pollution Control/Civil Technology/Building & Construction Technology or equivalent degree from any recognized University/Engineering Institute established by law in India.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year of industrial or academic experience. NOTE: Only experience from Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organizations will be accepted and counted only if the candidate has acquired the prescribed educational qualification.
4.. Lecturer, Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering
B.E./B.Tech./B.S. degree with First Class in Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Advanced Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics Science & Telematics Engineering/Electronics Communication & Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics Design Technology/Electronics System Engineering/Electronics Technology/Electronics & Control System/Electronics Power Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering from any recognized University/Engineering Institute established by law in India or equivalent.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination. (iii) One year industrial or academic experience.

5- Lecturer, Instrumentation and Control Engineering
(i) B.E./B.Tech./B.S. degree with first class in Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation & Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology/ Electrical Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation & Automation Engineering/ Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering/ Power Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Control Engineering from any recognized University/ Engineering Institute established by law in India or equivalent degree.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year of industrial or academic experience. NOTE: Only experience from Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organisations will be accepted and counted only if the candidate has acquired the prescribed educational qualification.
6- Lecturer, Computer Science & Engineering/PGDCA
-(i) B.E./B.Tech./B.S. degree with first division in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Technology/ Computer Science & Systems Engineering/ Computer Technology/ Computer Engineering & Applications/ Computer Science or equivalent degree from any recognized University/Engineering Institute established by law in India.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year industrial or academic experience.

7- Lecturer, Mechanical (Automobile Engineering)
(i) B.E./B.Tech./B.S. degree with first division in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile)/Mechanical Engineering Automobiles/Automobiles Engineering/Automobile Maintenance Engineering/Automotive Technology or equivalent degree from any recognized University/Engineering Institute established by law in India.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year industrial or academic experience.

8- Lecturer Chemical Engineering

9- Lecturer Agricultural Engineering

Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination.
(iii) One year industrial or academic experience.

10. Lecturer Pharmacy:
(i) B.Pharma or equivalent degree with first class from a recognized University/Pharmacy Institute.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) examination.
(iii) One year industrial or academic experience.
Note: Only experience of Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organizations will be accepted and will be counted only if the candidate has obtained the prescribed educational qualification.
11. Lecturer Physics
(i) Master's degree in Physics with first class or equivalent degree.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi and English.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Doctorate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed National Eligibility Test (NET).
(iii) Knowledge related to computer.
Note: Only teaching experience from Government/Government aided educational institutions will be accepted and will be counted only when the candidate has obtained the prescribed educational qualification.
12. Lecturer Chemistry
(i) Master's degree in Chemistry with first class or equivalent degree.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi and English.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Doctorate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed National Eligibility Test (NET).
(iii) Knowledge of computer.
Note: Only teaching experience from Government/Government aided educational institutions will be accepted and will be counted only when the candidate has obtained the prescribed educational qualification.
13. Lecturer Math
(i) Master's degree with first class in Mathematics or equivalent degree.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi and English.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Doctorate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed National Eligibility Test (NET).
(iii) Knowledge related to computer.

14. Lecturer English
(i) Master's degree with first class in English or equivalent degree.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) Doctorate degree in the relevant subject.
(ii) Passed National Eligibility Test (NET).
(iii) Knowledge of Computer.

15. Lecturer Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice
(i) B.Com/B.A. with Mathematics/B.Sc. with First Class from any recognized University established by law in India.
(ii) Diploma in Stenography and Secretarial Practice/M.O.M.&P. of minimum 02 years duration with First Class from a recognized Institute.
(iii) 03 (three) years professional or academic experience in the field of Stenography and Secretarial Practice/M.O.M.&P.
(iv) Knowledge of Hindi and English.
Preference will be given to such candidate who possesses the following qualification,
(i) M.Sc./M.A.
(Maths)/M.Com./M.B.A. from a recognized University.
(ii) Knowledge of Computer. Note: Only experience from Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organisations will be accepted and counted only if the candidate has acquired the prescribed educational qualification.
Note: This Preferential Qualification may apply for all of the posts:
After educational qualification, seniority will be taken into consideration in their order and in case of seniority being equal, preference will be given in case of direct recruitment in order to such candidate who:-
(i) has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
(ii) has obtained 'B' or 'C' certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC).
PWD
16. Assistant Research Officer, Public Works Department
A candidate who has obtained Master's degree in Chemistry from a University established by law in India or any degree recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
Preferential Qualification A candidate who has:-
(i) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
(ii) obtained 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC), or
(iii) obtained Ph.D. in Chemistry or has 03 years experience of research in building construction materials in any Government or semi-Government organization or institution.
Other things being equal, preference shall be given in the case of direct recruitment.
