Eligibility / Qualification
Nationality:
Indian
Educational Qualification:
1. Intermediate or Equivalent from UP. Board.
2. ANM (1.5/2 Year) with Min. 6 months, Training in Delivery. that must be authorized or approved from UP Nurses and Midwife Council, Lucknow.

Preferential Eligibility:
1. Min. 2 Years service in State Force. OR
2. NCC "B" Certificate
